Victims Advocacy Services

Georgia Forensic Consulting also provides trauma-informed forensic services and clinical support for individuals who have experienced crime, abuse, harassment, or other harmful events. We frequently work with survivors of violent crime and sexual abuse, helping individuals document and communicate the psychological and functional impact of their experiences. Our role is to help ensure that a survivor’s perspective, experiences, and voice are clearly represented and understood in legal or administrative settings.

Through structured interviews, psychological screening tools, and careful review of relevant records, we prepare forensic evaluations that highlight the emotional damages, functional impairments, and medical or psychological complications that may result from trauma or victimization. These evaluations can help clarify how an incident has affected an individual’s mental health, daily functioning, relationships, and overall wellbeing.

Our reports may address areas such as trauma symptoms, emotional distress, changes in functioning, impacts on employment or education, and the interaction between medical conditions and mental health. In certain cases, evaluations may also examine broader contextual or systemic factors that may have contributed to the circumstances surrounding the incident, helping provide a clearer understanding of how and why harm occurred.

In addition to forensic evaluation services, our clinicians also provide therapy and trauma-informed counseling for survivors. Treatment may focus on stabilization, processing traumatic experiences, improving coping skills, and supporting individuals as they work toward healing and recovery.

Georgia Forensic Consulting is committed to supporting individuals who have experienced victimization by ensuring their experiences are heard, carefully documented, and addressed with professionalism, compassion, and respect.
