We provide professional DUI and substance use evaluations that meet all applicable State of Georgia requirements. Our evaluator is listed on the State approved provider roster and is qualified to conduct assessments for court, probation, licensing, and administrative purposes.

These evaluations are conducted in accordance with state standards and are designed to assess the specific factors required for DUI-related matters. In most cases, our evaluations will satisfy the requirements imposed by Georgia DUI courts, probation departments, and DDS-related proceedings.

For clients who require only a standard DUI evaluation to satisfy court or probation requirements, the fee is a flat $250, which includes the assessment, recommendations, and required documentation.

It is important to understand that DUI evaluations are targeted assessments rather than comprehensive mental health, substance use, or forensic evaluations. If you require a more in-depth assessment for legal, clinical, employment, licensing, or other purposes, please inform us at the time of scheduling. Additional evaluation components may be recommended based on your circumstances, and fees will vary depending on the scope and complexity of the services requested.
